A. The box can be removed if it’s not performing the sales data necessary to warrant this use of your space and your shop.
Q. What happens if a customer have a problem with losing their money or it does not give them what they had selected?
A. We have worked out a system where we will give the client immediate refund also there will be an 800 number on The Black Box for problems with The Black Box.

Refunds
Return Policy:
– All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt the order.
– Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back the seller for all returns.
– In the case of returns due to customer fault, a restocking fee may be applied.
