 Q. Can I suggest product’s that are in The Black Box?
 A. Yes but in the beginning products have already been selected but you will be able to suggest products that might sell and your particular area.

 Q. What if I want to have The Black Box removed because unlike of sales?
A. The box can be removed if it’s not performing the sales data necessary to warrant this use of your space and your shop.

Q. What happens if a customer have a problem with losing their money or it does not give them what they had selected?
A. We have worked out a system where we will give the client immediate refund also there will be an 800 number on The Black Box for problems with The Black Box.

Q. On the prices and The Black Box going to be the same as in the local Beauty-Supply stores?
 A. Yes
